By accessing or using the JCPLuxe platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

To place an order, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. JCPLuxe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including images, descriptions, materials, and dimensions. However, product images are representative; the actual piece may vary slightly in shade or texture due to screen settings and the nature of handcrafted jewellery.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout and will not change after an order is placed.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

All payments are processed securely through Cashfree, our authorised payment gateway. JCPLuxe does not store your full payment card details.

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. If a payment fails or is declined, no order is created and no charge is applied to your account.

In the event of an incorrect charge, please contact us at info@jcpluxepremium.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

Once your payment is confirmed and your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

If you are unsatisfied with an item after delivery, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.

JCPLuxe reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and software — is the property of JCPLuxe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JCPLuxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
