Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India. There are no minimum order requirements and no hidden delivery charges.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

For certain remote pin codes, delivery may take an additional 2–3 business days. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code falls under this category.

Every order is dispatched in tamper-evident packaging. High-value shipments are additionally sealed and insured for their full purchase value during transit.

Delivery requires a signature or OTP confirmation to ensure the parcel reaches you and no one else.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also view your order status from your account page.

We ship to select international destinations. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Shipping is dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. We are unable to predict or control these charges; please check with your local customs authority before placing an international order.

Please note: returns are not accepted on international orders unless a defective product was delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. JCPLuxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
